Where do I pick up my rentals?

You can pick up your rentals at 244 W Main St., Hendersonville, TN 37075.

Some items like our bounce houses must be set up by a professional; however, most items are available for pick-up at our Hendersonville location.

Ultimate Party Rentals is the premier events rental service in the Nashville area, and we provide a variety of items to fit your needs. Whether you’re looking to plan a wedding or a small intimate gathering, we have everything available, from furniture to staging. If you live in or around Nashville, we are the perfect event rentals company for you.

Additionally, we can deliver your rentals within a 50-mile radius of our location in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

How do I book the items I want?

Once you have gone through our catalog, you can wishlist the items you would like to rent, and how long you would like to rent them for. Most of our items have a ‘per-day’ rate available, however, you may find some items have different rates.

When you are selecting an item, you will also need to specify which dates you want to rent your items by clicking on them within your wishlist (heart icon) at the bottom right of the screen. Once all the items are added to the wishlist with the requested rental dates, click on your wishlist (heart icon) on the bottom right of the webpage to view all your wishlisted items.

After ensuring you have everything you need, you can move on to the next step – completing our rental form found in your wishlist. After adding your contact and venue information on the form provided, a confirmation email will be sent to your email. Our team will reach out to you regarding the next steps, and you can also reply to the confirmation email with any further questions you may have.

When should I book the items?

All of the items available in our catalog are subject to availability. You may be able to book specific items even a day in advance, but large items (like dance floors, staging, and tents) may not be available when you book on short notice. Once you share the contact and venue information with us, we will get in touch with you to ensure that the items chosen are available on your requested dates.

It is always best to book your items well in advance, but we do have a large inventory of most items and often have what you need with a 1 day notice, but a 5 day notice is preferred.

Is there a minimum order?

At Ultimate Party Rentals, we want to ensure that you have the best event possible, whether big or small. All event rental needs differ, and we offer services for all. Whether you need to rent a few chairs or a hundred tables, we have a no-minimum order policy, so you only need to rent as much as you need.

Is delivery available for rentals?

We deliver within a 50 mile radius of Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Most of our rentals are available for delivery, set-up, and retrieval. Depending on your requirements, we can deliver early morning or late night and even on weekends. Delivery does require an additional fee, and pricing will be higher if delivery is requested after business hours or needs to be delivered upstairs.

Can I make changes or cancel after I’ve placed an order?

Since the availability of an item can always change, we may not always be able to guarantee that an order can be changed after it’s made. If you wish to cancel an order, you can reach out to us at info@ultimatepartysuperstores.com or call us at (615) 431-0020 to request a cancellation. The time between when your order has to be picked up or delivered can also determine whether we are able to change or cancel an order.

What if I require installation services for rentals?

Some rentals, like tents and bounce castles, require installation by professionals. Our team handles the delivery and installation of these components to ensure a hassle-free and efficient experience for you. Please keep in mind that if you are planning on renting these specialized items, the earlier they are ordered, the better. All items that require installation have it mentioned on their product page.
